The Meadows at Chandler Creek Municipal Utility District would like to inform residents of upcoming construction related to the Wastewater Improvement Project. This project is a collaborative effort by the City of Round Rock, Williamson County, and The Meadows at Chandler Creek MUD.

Work on Bluebonnet Drive is scheduled to begin on December 1, 2025, with an anticipated completion date of approximately December 15, 2025, pending weather and field conditions.

During this period, residents will maintain access to their driveways; however, street parking will not be permitted on Bluebonnet Dr. within the designated construction zone. In addition, parking will be prohibited along areas required to maintain one-way traffic flow from Tiger Trail to Lantana Dr. Vehicles parked in these areas will obstruct construction activities and block the safe flow of traffic.
