Cassandra Brown
Vice President Term expires 2028
Cassandra Brown joined the board in 2019 following a 20-year career with the City of Austin. Her passion for community shines through as she takes charge of planning events for the MUD, creating spaces where neighbors can come together and forge connections. An avid sports enthusiast, Cassandra finds joy in basketball, the outdoors, and cheering on her son as he excels on the football field, all while working to ensure the neighborhood remains a welcoming place for every family.
Adrian Bustillos
Secretary Term expires 2026
Adrian Bustillos has served on the Board of Directors of The Meadows at Chandler Creek MUD after moving to the neighborhood in 2001.Adrian has balanced a successful career overseeing six local fast-food franchises with a steadfast commitment to his family and neighbors. He and his wife, Claudia are the proud parents of two sons who remain at the heart of everything he does. Adrian is a firm believer in the power of quality time, whether he’s hitting the golf course or perfecting his craft on a BBQ cook team. As a true bedrock of the community, Adrian’s dedication to fostering a better environment for every resident makes him an invaluable leader and a neighbor who leads by example.
Stephen Reimund
Treasurer Term expires 2026
Stephen Reimund joined the Board of Directors in 2022, driven by a desire to take an active role in shaping the community he calls home. An Austin native with a professional background in the tech sector, Stephen serves as the district’s security liaison, working closely with law enforcement to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents. His deep-rooted love for music and the outdoors fuels his commitment to maintaining the neighborhood’s vibrant, open spaces. As a dedicated husband and father of two, Stephen leverages his professional expertise and local passion to ensure our community remains a secure and thriving environment for families today and in the years to come.
Phyllis Coleman
Assistant Secretary Term expires 2028
Phyllis Coleman brings a wealth of professional expertise and deep community roots to the board. She and her husband, Darryl, raised their three children in the neighborhood, where the local park and pool served as the backdrop for many of their favorite memories. Phyllis is an integral part of the board’s event planning team, using her professional background and deep community roots to serve her neighbors. Phyllis enjoys spending her time reading, hiking, and cooking, always looking for ways to give back to the place her family calls home.
